Terms and Conditions – Rentals
By booking a rental with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including no-shows, weather, cruise delays, or changes in personal plans.
Rebooking Policy
Rebooking is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours notice before your scheduled rental time and is subject to availability. Rebookings must be used within a reasonable time frame and cannot be transferred for cash or credit.
No Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rebooking. Once your rental day begins, the booking is considered used.
Driver Responsibility
It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that all drivers are legally allowed and capable of operating the rented vehicle.
Drivers must:
- Be of legal driving age
- Be physically and mentally capable of driving
- Follow all local traffic laws and regulations
We reserve the right to refuse rental if a driver appears impaired, unsafe, or unable to operate the vehicle responsibly. No refund or rebooking will be issued in these cases.
Use of Vehicle
Vehicles must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Reckless driving, off-road use (unless specified), or misuse may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
Damage and Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or fines incurred during the rental period.

By booking a tour or experience with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Weather and Natural Conditions
Tours operate rain or shine. Weather conditions, sea conditions, road conditions, and other natural factors are beyond our control. No refunds will be issued due to weather, delays, or changes caused by environmental conditions. In cases where safety is compromised, we may reschedule the tour at our discretion.
Assumption of Risk
All tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to walking on uneven surfaces, transportation, water activities, heat exposure, and interactions with the environment. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the tour.
Injuries and Personal Responsibility
We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own physical condition and must inform us of any medical concerns prior to the tour.
Participant Fitness and Conduct
Guests must be physically capable of participating in the tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears unfit, impaired, or behaves in a way that may compromise safety. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Third-Party Services
Some tours may include services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conditions of third-party operators.
